THE PL WILLMORE COLLECTION
Dr PL (Pat) Willmore was, for many years, in charge of seismological operations at the BGS, Edinburgh. He was responsible for the development of the seismometer which bears his name and which became the standard instrument used by BGS and others globally. Willmore's papers are held in the NSA, and contain a wide variety of subjects. A preliminary listing has been made.
